Human beings are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26) and, as such, are to be protected (Genesis 9:6; Psalm 82:3, 4). All human life is sacred from conception to death.

Life Affirmation’s vision is to reach our community with not only the spiritual but practical side of Christ’s message. Life Affirmation is involved in local outreach and education, and provides ministry opportunities.

How?

The sanctity of God’s gift of life is an important issue each of us must address.  The weak, vulnerable, infirm, handicapped, preborn, and needy deserve our respect and our care. We reject the popular belief that there are some lives not worthy of living and instead believe that we should graciously receive and protect all human life given by God

Life Affirmation encourages supporting and volunteering at the Life Choices Medical Clinics of King County and the Pregnancy Resource Center in Everett who reach out to women and families with the message of life.

Life Affirmation is dedicated to providing education opportunities for Northlake families and the surrounding community.  We shake our heads and say “What can one person do?”  Hearts can be turned back to God by teaching truth and empowering families with information to make Godly decisions for their lives.

Life Affirmation provides the opportunity for restoration and healing through the ministry of Healing Hearts.

Reaching out with Christ’s hand of support, love and encouragement to our community.  Providing assistance to families with back-to-school supplies and holiday support at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Givers, receivers and volunteers are truly blessed.
