Ministry Contact: Mark Cortado

We exist to to serve God, serve one another & serve our community through the process of caring for  God’s people, His building and His campus.

The Ministry name is a twofold play on words.  First, it describes where we serve.  We work on the inside of the building and the outside grounds. Its second meaning is the most important one.  It describes why we do what we do.  It is to give back inwardly from our hearts, that gratitude (God’s rich blessings upon our lives) and to show it in an outwardly manner.

We recognize that the projects we pursue are merely tools by which God can strengthen us spiritually and relationally.  As we make ourselves available to serve the Lord, He will “use the projects to get the people done”.

Monthly fellowship meetings, project work parties and social events allow the Inside/Out ministry to be a close group united by our desire to serve God and one another with our time and talents.

“...whatever you do, work at it with all you heart, as working for the Lord, not for men”…

Colossians 3:23

How Can You Get Involved?

Care and maintenance of the building & ground requires a
diverse set of skills.  But God has set you apart from everyone else, so all that is required to participate is a willingness to help.  That’s it!

Here are just a few of the tasks that you could support:

  • Gardening
  • Lawn care
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Construction
  • Facility upgrades
  • Property upgrades
  • Set-up/Tear down

Whether you have just a few hours a month or several hours per week, you can serve God in the INSIDE/OUT Ministry.

Serving God by serving People!

Reaching out to our community is another way of getting connected. Like you have seen on ABC's "Extreme Home Makeover" Ty Pennington helps families in desperate need. The Inside/Out Ministry on a much smaller scale has been doing the same thing.

Every year we try to help needy families, the elderly, widows and anybody else who just needs a helping hand. All we want to do is make a difference in thier lives. Whether that is fixing a leaky faucet or doing a major roof repair.

The goal is to show the love of Jesus in a very tangible way. Making a difference in everyday life.

So if this is a ministry where God has really been tugging heart to serve in, give us a call.
