Baby Layette Drive

May is Baby Layette month when Northlake helps fill the newborn baby closets at the Life Choices Pregnancy Clinic in Kenmore and the Pregnancy Resource Center in Everett.  A list of layette items needed is available on the Life Affirmation board in the hall.  Please put your gifts in the bassinet in the hall any Sunday in May.  We will also accept maternity clothes.  For more information contact Donna at rdrickman@comcast.net

 

Kitchen and Hospitality

Northlake Resource Center Work Party

Do you have a passion for books?  If so, join our party of volunteers as we work together to serve the needs of Northlake through the Resource Center.  Drop by any part of the time on Wednesday, February 13th from 7PM - 9PM or Thursday, February 14th from 9AM - 3PM. 

 

5 Bucks of Fun (Route 56)

Friday, May 9th from 6PM - 11PM.  All 5th and 6th graders come for a night of games, food and a movie.  Sign ups start today outside the Route 56 room.  Ticket cost is $5.00 per person.  For questions contact Carrie in the church office.

 

New Attenders Luncheon

If you are new to Northlake within the last year, you are invited to lunch upstairs in Rooms 227-231 on Sunday, May 18th from 1:00-2:30. Please come with your family and meet staff, pastors, and elders. Enjoy a short presentation about Northlake,s vision and ministries in a casual atmosphere. Please come and let us get to know you a better.

 

Broman/Children of the Nations - Malawi

Last Sunday we heard from Jeff Sondermeyer about the missions initiative and KaJAMbula studio in Malawi.  If you would like donate instruments to the recording studio or to receive more info, contact jeff@bromanx.org or visit the website www.bromanx.org.

 

LifeLearning Cookbooks

LifeLearning’s Fruits of the Spirit cookbook has been updated and will be for sale in the foyer today and Mother’s Day.  Books are $12.00 and are available gift wrapped for that perfect Mother’s Day gift!  Already have a book?  Ask about addition inserts!  See you in the foyer!

Saturday, May 17th at 1:00PM.  Women from 8 to 88 are invited to join us for lunch, a drama performance, games and three speakers of different seasons in life!  Tickets are on sale in the foyer for $15.00.

Men:  Are you interested in helping serve for this event?
